How Alarm Assistance service works

When an alarm is triggered at one of your properties, our team receives the notification at our central hub, analyzes the noise levels, and contacts guests via phone or WhatsApp. If noise levels continue, we send a mediator to the property to address the issue on-site.

  4. If noise persists, we dispatch a field agent to the property to personally address the situation.
